Refund policy
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days after arrival. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If return of item is necessary, the customer must pay all shipping costs for the return (with Tracking).Â

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The process after we have received the return takes approximately 3-5 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Unredeemed Packages
We reserve the right to charge for any handling costs related to uncollected or refused packages, including return shipping and other associated fees. A fee of CAD $15.00 will be charged if a package is not collected. The shipment will be held by Canada Post for 14 days before being returned to us.
If you decide to return a product, please ensure that you first collect the package from the postal agent. Note that uncollected packages are not eligible for returns or refunds.
